Make x axis and bars wider on barcharts

I’m having trouble producing readable bar graphs when the number of bars is above 25 or so. I can’t figure out how to

  1. Increase the overall width of the x axis. I want to get up to basically the size of a full sheet of printer paper
  2. Increase bar width correspondingly. In particular, I’d love to do this for grouped bar charts
