Make on a dash tab a simple table of content

Hi, i have a multitab dash app running.

Now i want to have a simple table of content on the first page that is only linking to the same page!! so not to a other tab or something

Tried somethings with dcc.markdown and tags, dcc.locations but can’t get it to work.

So the idea is:

So when you click on thing 2 the screen goes to that header on the page.

Hope somebody can help me!
