Legend items enable disable in horizantal stacked bar chart

• I have used Horizantal stacked bar chart and it shows me legends on right side when i click on legend it disables, can i put one or all legends disable by default and it enables when user clicks on it
• Is there any way to bind mouse click event on legend item click
