Label for horizontal plot on right side of the graph

Hello everyone,

I have a scenario .where there are some high and log threshold values which plot a horizontal line always.I want to attach label like “High threshold” and “Low threshold” to respective plots on the right side of the plot.
Note : I am not allowed to use legends.

Any help would be appreciated

Have you tried using annotations?

Thanks @etienne .It worked with few configurations in annotation settings.
