When i see graph with dropdown
Why see only legend??
If data just ‘yes’ or ‘no’ then show me clear bar, clear pie graph
but when long sentence data like ‘asdfasdfasdfasdfasdfzxcv’ then show that

I feel like your graph is too narrow. The legend gets priority.
