Can someone guide me to documentation or any other forums for how to move the mode bar and how to change the size of individual buttons like lasso select

Hi @notsolowki you can change the size of modebar buttons by changing their css property font-size (see the attached screenshot, css properties are visible at the bottom-left corner).
