Can I create something like the column “Music Preference” using Aggrid in Dash?

Currently, this is not available in this release, but, when the next release is available, you should be able to create your own component cellRenderer which would be able to had this.
When the cellRender is available, you will be able to make it look like your example, but in the meantime, you could use conditional formatting to style the background color of the cells. You can find more info here:
