How to change Y range of third trace (Chart Studio)

I have two scatter traces and a bar trace, but I can’t figure out how to modify the range of the bar.

You can see in the screenshot that I got Popularity and Avg. Views scatter working, but the “# of Films” bars are using the 0-5 Popularity range instead of the 0-255,000 range I need for the “# of Films” trace.

This is my first time using Plotly, so forgive me if I’m posting in the wrong place.

Okay, I figured that out by creating (+) a new Y axis in the Trace settings.

Now I can’t figure out how to move the bar trace to the background, so the other traces are in front of it.
