Hi, I have already created a dash app and hosted it using heroku. Now, I am intrested in capturing the site visit statistics for e.g how many users used the app or visited the app page on daily basis. or number of users currently using the app. Can someone please point me to the correct document…

@chriddyp can you please help us here. I am also looking into this. We want to be able to track how many unique and total visitors we have on a daily basis for our dashboards. Any sources or links would be helpful. Thanks!

Have a look at instructions how to setup google analytics. I would guess the principle would be similar with other tracking tools.
