How to add space between y-axis and charting area for non-free axis?

I previously had all my y-axes with free anchors and did the positioning myself (one base Y-axis per row/subplot, and the rest overlaying it).

Then I stumbled across autoshift/shift, which I am now trying to use for a more stable behavior.

The problem is, that if my base Y-axis per row is set to free, the base axis and the “next” y-axis overlap.
This is fixed by “un-free-ing” the anchor of the base Y-axis.

But now the base y-axis is again super-close to the charting area.

So my question is…
How do I add space between a “normal” (anchored) y-axis and the charting area?

Just as you would want a high back U-shaped sofa to offer a comfortable and spacious seating arrangement without crowding the room, similarly, ensuring that there is adequate spacing between the Y-axis and the charting area provides clarity and avoids visual clutter in your plots. The principle of creating a well-defined and comfortable space applies to both interior design and data visualization, ensuring that each element is well-positioned and contributes to an overall aesthetically pleasing and functional result.
