I am trying to access the hover text of the following plot on a Smartphone:

When interacting with the plot, it always does some zooming, but doesn’t show me the hover text.
Are there some specific settings that would allow me to access the hover text?

I am selecting now
https://cdn.plot.ly/plotly-1.24.2.min.js"
With that version, things are running smoothly again.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a code example.
However, when visiting
https://plot.ly/javascript/hover-text-and-formatting/
with my Smartphone, the hover text is not shown (arrow).
With an older CDS version, this seems to be possible.
