I am brand new to using Plotly and wanted to get started with some examples. Unfortunately, when I attempt to generate an API key on the Plotly website under my API Key section, I get this error:
Hmm… looks like we’re having trouble regenerating your API key. Please try again, or let us know on the Plotly community forums
So here I am. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you ever get an answer to this? Since we turned on SAML 2 authentication via the On-Premise Server Manager, I can no longer regenerate my API key because it prompts me for a password but of course the password is unknown to Plotly because authentication is handled by our identity provider.

Error message is generally displayed when user enters incorrect password.
