French Guiana labeled as France in world choropleth using ISO codes

I’ve created a world choropleth map using three-letter ISO codes, and it appears that French Guiana (on the coast of South America, bordering Brazil) is being mapped as France, despite having a separate “GUF” ISO code in my dataset (with France as “FRA”). This may be due to its being an “overseas region” of France. However, this seems misleading to me when mapping geographic data and I do not wish to represent French Guiana with data intended to represent France.

Does anyone know of a way to avoid this and map France and French Guiana separately? Or even just remove the inclusion of French Guiana? Thanks in advance.
