Fire a callback to pop up a desktop app

Hey Community:

I know this maybe something strange — but, is there a way we can do this:

  • Now we can click something ( a reference link ) which leads to a new chrome page from dash app, or click some cells to pop up a modal.
  • Instead of creating a chrome link, it creates a pop-up window and behaves as a desktop application ( for instance, the electron browser window ? )
  • Can such components being shared ?
