I have seen this visualization I would like to try for a university project. I know how I can plot a map in plotly but is it possible to have such kind of description with the circles that display how many nuclear weapons a country has?
If so I would be happy if you can show me an example since I am a very beginner with plotly and I haven’t found something until now.
