Data on graph problem

Hi guys,

I am quite new in R, and certainly new in plotly.
I am getting some data through a mysql database, and when slightly changing the query I get them in order to get them right, the graph I produce messes up.
These are the graphs before and after my (essential to do) change.
I want to have a graph as the one with the distinct bars and the sensible lines.

Any ideas on why that may be happenning?

Looks like something is amiss with your x and y values. Hard to say without any code or reproducible example.
