Dashtools may not be compatible with dash 3.x Try using it with dash 2.18.2. If that fixes the error, then it would be helpful to open an issue in their github GitHub - andrew-hossack/dash-tools: DashTools - Plotly Dash Command Line Tools - Create, Run and Deploy Templated Python Apps from Terminal
