Dash extensions ServersideOutput with patternmatch callbacks

Is it possible to combine patternmach callbacks with ServersideOutputs? Because at the moment i get something like dash.exceptions.IncorrectTypeException:

Callback arguments must be Output, Input, or State objects, optionally wrapped in a list or tuple. We found (possibly after unwrapping a list or tuple):
