Do the callback function names (for example, @callback(…) def update) need to be unique across dash pages? Do they even need to be unique within a dash page (unsure of the decorator magic)? Using Dash Pages in dash 2.6.1.

They do not have to be unique. I would recommend using self explaining names though. It helps, when the app grows.
