Changing the color scale in bar plots

What I would like to do is to build a bar chart where I can color the bars according to the number of restaurants . Thus I’ve written the below code

Now what I would like to do is to use color scale instead of manually setting the color values in colors. I"ve tried but It won’t work. Also the legend won’t disappear even after setting showlegend to FALSE.
