Can't display chart with href contain & character

I’m a new user with plot.ly, today i got an issue when creating table chart with link.

It’s ok if i put my href as 'https://abc.com’
But it will complain when i edit my href to ‘https://abc.com/myFeature.jsp?name=abc&pwd=def’

Does any one help me to get over it?
