Can bar charts be "clickable"?

and such output:

the first bar is directly related to the second bar. Can i make something, to make the 2nd bar “clickable”, and after the click the bar “Yes” would get parted into parts of “yes” or “no” of “Multiplelines” bar?

Is it possible to recreate this effect in plotly? Column with drilldown | Highcharts.com I’m looking to have a chart that allows a user to explore a series in a trace through simply clicking on one portion of the chart.
