Adding annotation and shape using plotly update - chart gets zoomed

Hi,

Could you please help me out? As per my project requirement, I need to add an annotation with a shape. While adding the same using plotly.update it seems like the chart gets zoomed. The zoom is disabled in my chart. I am not able to figure it out.
