PSAL
PSAL is the Pacific Slope Archaeology Lab located the Oregon State University.
We are studying the migration of people and the transfer of technology over geography and time. The current project studies stone projectile point morphology derived from detailed 3D scans of artifacts. Most of what we are studying range in age from 20,000 years old to to about 5,000 years old, documenting the migration from east Asia (Japan, Kamchatka) to North America via the Bearing land bridge.
