i use a simple code to plot a wrf domain (netcdf file) with plotly.
I get the lats and lons, also the variable to plot.
But the map shows only one part of the domain (shows all lons x, but not all lats y)
Here is my code:
nc = “…/…/wrfout_d03_2021-09-27_00_00_00”
wrffile = Dataset(nc)
humidity = wrf.getvar(wrffile,“rh2”)
var = humidity.to_dataframe()
lat = np.array(var[“XLAT”])
lon = np.array(var[“XLONG”])
fig = go.Figure(data =
x = xx,
y = yy
I tried to change the size of the plot, and the range of y axis, but i saw that the problem was not that. Just it does not display all values from y axis. It displays only a part-specific range from lats.
