Pie Chart next to Bar Chart

Is there a way to add a pie chart next to the bar graph?
Also, how do I add a subplot below the legend to use as much of the canvas as possible?

Hi there,

It’s not possible to add a pie as a subplot to any other plot.

I suggest going to STYLE->Layout->Margins and Padding and playing around here. Also visiting STYLE->Axes->Layout and playing with the axes width and vertical and horizontal positioning of your axes. You can also drag your legend and position it where you please, but also by going to STYLE->Legend and playing with the positioning and orientation there.

Good luck!

Hey, I was able to add a pie to bar chart in plotly1.0

Hi, Yes. I was referring to the new workspace.

I’m happy you figured it out on your own, using the old workspace.
