Over the next 31 days 2plot.ai will be Sponsoring over $1,000 to support dash open source

:waving_hand::cowboy_hat_face: Hey everyone,

This will be my last post on the community.plotly.com forum for the foreseeable future. I’m very grateful for those I met along the way and for the ability to establish a career in this space. Over the course of seven years of participating, I watched and found myself inspired by the work of those within the community. I devoted a lot of my free time and career to this space before reaching my endpoint.

I started at the bottom and have proven myself a champion, and I feel now is a proper time for me to hang up my hat and close the book on what has been a worthwhile journey.

There are issues and a rift outlined clearly in my last post that do play a part in this. I can’t trust my dependency and I have little indication that the dash framework is okay:

No point in beating a dead horse, and I’m not here to apologize. The framework is more powerful than ever, but I increasingly feel like that’s not going to matter in the future, especially if things continue as they are. Regardless of how they decide to navigate, they need time to cook and we both need space before protective services gets involved lol This is why I’m stepping away.

The video I’ve included is a behind-the-scenes perspective on https://2plot.ai, what I learned from this 31 day challenge and how I have used the Dash framework in cutting-edge, powerful ways to create an Advanced AI Federated Network. Found more agents using my tools than people, so thats a complement to the engineering and industry as the world is changing rapidly. There is a lot of chaos knocking at the door, along with opportunities and danger. Truly think the window to take action is shrinking and those who don’t speak will be ran over.

Don’t expect anything in life to be handed to you. Don’t expect the same things that worked before to work in the future. When you find something that works, count your blessings and plan for it not to last. “Adapt or die” is the message I’ll leave you all with if you’d like to survive in this space, as well as a ways to follow what’s going to be the next chapter in my journey.

2plot.ai Competition Ending

Overall, I’ve gained 1,113 new subscribers since launching a YouTube channel from zero at the start of the month. My most popular component, https://llms.2plot.dev, has had ~12k downloads, and I’ve had a handful of new accounts created within the network, with mostly only a single participant, who’s taking home $650. Congratulations to @Ester for jumping into something new and showcasing a growing list of impressive engineering projects.

From using https://modelviewer.2plot.dev and creating a 3D Model Viewer worth checking out:

To Roamly :house_with_garden: — a full stay-booking platform mockup:

And an interactive diagram builder (decision trees, process flows, org charts):

Along with the other impressive submissions outlined above, you made this competition a worthwhile experience. You are extremely talented, passionate, and brilliant. I’ve had the pleasure of joining a handful of 1:1 sessions with you, and I’m very proud to watch you build amazing projects with the tools I created. From this, I’d even consider you a friend and someone I’d like to work with further in the future.

If you are in need of freelance or engineering in the Dash framework, or have a remote position available in Europe, this is someone who has a bright future. I’d recommend and speak highly of her skills based on the limited time I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with her.

Thank you once again, and congratulations,

A second follow-up mention goes to @begininvoke, who doesn’t seem to be in the Dash community but found himself, intentionally or not, entered into the competition by mentioning an outdated Node dependency.
