# Mapbox token usage

In Plotly express graphics demo there is a section named Maps, when I try the first code block;’:

**import plotly.express as px**  
\*\* px.set\_mapbox\_access\_token(open(".mapbox\_token").read())\*\*  
\*\* carshare = px.data.carshare()\*\*  
\*\* fig = px.scatter\_mapbox(carshare, lat=“centroid\_lat”, lon=“centroid\_lon”, color=“peak\_hour”, size=“car\_hours”,\*\*  
\*\* color\_continuous\_scale=px.colors.cyclical.IceFire, size\_max=15, zoom=10)\*\*  
\*\* fig.show()\*\*

I get the follow error:

**FileNotFoundError Traceback (most recent call last)**  
 **in**   
\*\* 1 import plotly.express as px\*\*  
**----\> 2 px.set\_mapbox\_access\_token(open(".mapbox\_token").read())**  
\*\* 3 carshare = px.data.carshare()\*\*
