Unfortunately I do not understand your question. The linked matplotlib example reminds me of something I did quite a while ago:

How can I animation n points along y axis given their velocity ? ( or appear running ) y axis is fixed between -2 and 2 & velocity changes between 0 & 100 mph all points on x axis have different velocity . [image]
