# How to change location of the modebar?

In the documentation I could find how to choose the orientation of the modebar, and whether to hide it, always show it, or show it on hover etc. However, I could not find how to change its location. Currently it shows on top-right (in horizontal mode) or on right in the vertical mode. Is it possible to show it in the top-left corner in the horizontal mode?
