Hide a DOT when value hasn't changed

I have a chart, but one of the lines is a static value. It is always 500.00. I don’t want to show the dot, if the value hasn’t changed. How it looks now:

How should it look?

How to hide these dots? Or even hide all the dots, show only these where the value changed.

If you have any ideas how to do it, please share

Hello,
I think you should modify the data that you pass to plotly to achieve that.
So delete the points, that have the same value as the previous value. Only the last same value should be kept.
I hope you understand my suggestion:-)
btw: I would helps alot if you provide an executable example with codepen or jsFiddle:-)

That’s very good idea my dear friend! I will try to implement it right now.
