Cufflinks can't create public folder

Hi there!

TL;DR: How many public folder are allowed in the free subscription? If the answer is 2. There is no error, if not the case:

I actually have only two public folders, but I used to have more.

When I try to make a new folder from the web GUI I receive this messages.

So I suspect that the problem are the private folders. However, when Iā€™m trying to save a plot in a new public folder using cufflinks, it throws the same PlotlyError: Error

Any help will be much appreciated.
