Can I control the opacity of the contour lines in plotly surface plot?

Try setting [https://plot.ly/javascript/reference/#contour-line-color](https://plot.ly/javascript/reference/#contour-line-color) to an `rgba` color e.g. `rgba(255,0,0,0.3)` is a semi-transparent red.
