You can ‘target’ annotations by row/col with add_annotation just like add_trace: import plotly.express as px df = px.data.tips() fig = px.scatter(df, x="total_bill", y="tip", facet_col="smoker") fig.add_annotation(row=1,col=1, x=10, y=6, text="hi", arrowhead=1) [image]

Unfortunately, though, this overrides yref at the moment so it might not help you :frowning:

Hi, Is there any workaround for this problem yet? I have a Plotly express scatter (pic) with several facet columns and animation frames. When I add annotation to the pic, it’s only added to the first facet column. But I want annotations to be shown on all factes.
